For tour operators
Contracted rates for repeat inbound programmes. We hold vehicles and drivers on your account and integrate with your ground handler. Reporting, indemnity paperwork and monthly invoicing all handled.
For film & production
Long standby days, remote locations and 04:00 crew calls are routine. Trailers for equipment, additional runners and locked-in day rates that don't surprise you at wrap.
Cross-border & long-distance
Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique and cross-province South African routes. Permits, driver accommodation and border paperwork arranged upfront.
Common questions
How is charter different from booking daily transfers?
A charter locks in the same vehicle and driver for the full period at a discounted flat rate, with no per-trip pricing. It's cheaper and more flexible for anything longer than three consecutive days.
Can we charter with our own driver?
Vehicle-only rental with your own PrDP-licensed driver is available on longer charters (7+ days). Standard insurance and mileage terms apply.
